It started with fashion bloggers hotly pursued by celebrities across the globe, and can now be viewed on a social media feed near you - the 'Selfie'; a posed snap taken by holding out a smart phone at arm's length or in front of a mirror to document ‘important’ life moments such as what you're wearing that day, the result of a trip to the hairdressers or even what you look like tucked up in bed. Well now the art of the 'Selfie' has now extended to the world of dog in a new print ad campaign for Champion Pet Food.

145,000 people were expected to attend Crufts at the weekend, and for the first time ever we were one of them. For those of you who’ve never been to Crufts, this really is the mother of all dog shows. Covering a whopping 25 acres of Birmingham’s NEC, the show spans five giant exhibition halls, which are packed to the rafters with over 27,000 dogs, stalls selling everything you could possibly imagine for your four-legged friend, countless show rings, activity arenas plus several charities sharing their cause with the dog-loving crowd.
Barkarama is one today and we've gone wild with the celebrations - carrots (cake for me, vegetable for Basil), doggie biscuits, candles and a cuddle. We certainly know how to live life on the edge.
